Description:
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing in a pharmaceutical environment with GMP experience. In addition the candidate should have worked as a Business Analyst (or in a related data analyst/developer role with a good understanding of business analyst tasks) previously for at least 2-3 years and have experience with reporting and relational data structures

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Works closely with business representatives to understand their needs
- Performs typical Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables as per Roche standards within a project and its business & technical topics; like URS / User Stories, Functional Specifications / Acceptance Criteria as well as contributing to other project documents such as Business Cases and Project Charters
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to design and create new reports tailored to the needs of the organization, improve current reports and create new ways to facilitate data sharing with internal stakeholders
- Works with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution meets the business requirements and customer’s needs and is delivered according to plan
Must Haves:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related area or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting solutions
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in IT related to the pharmaceutical environment (GxP compliant area) working as a Business Analyst
- Proactive, strong autonomy and capable of driving discussions and chasing up stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits and transform them into business cases
- Comfortable handling several focus areas at the same time
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a global, virtual team with people from different cultures, across all management levels
- Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, proactively seeking information, identifying challenges, crafting solutions, and facilitating cross functional actions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Possibility to attend regularly evening calls with US team between 15-19 CET
Good to Haves:
- Experience with MES, LIMS, PLM
- Previous Roche and Roche-internal project methodology experience is an advantage
- Min. 3-5 years of experience manufacturing of drug substances and ideally drug products
- Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
- Agile working experience
Nice to Haves:
- Organizational Change Management experience is a plus
- ISA-88 / -95 knowledge
- Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
- Facilitation of (virtual) workshops
