    We do not charge you by the consultant hour/ day as we deliver outcome-based services to you. We agree a contract with you to deliver a defined, mutually-agreed outcome to you for a contracted price per month or per milestone. We both then track our performance on clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on an ongoing basis.

    Perhaps two good examples could be on how we can protect your data on cloud for a pre-defined cost
    per month, or if in the unlikely event, your business systems are disaster-affected, we can help prevent
    and recover from such disaster for either a one-time cost, or provide preventive options through 24×7
    managed service in the event of any incident.

    We are incorporated in the UK too. All our consultants, solutions and services are based in, and
    delivered from, the UK with options to offer remote service from low cost locations if required.

    We typically start an engagement with a detailed discovery exercise to understand your business and
    technology objectives. This then would lead to zooming in on the specific outcome your business
    would like resolved. Our proposal would cover the precise way in which we would address the issues
    leading to you receiving the promised outcomes.

    We would clearly agree business and technology SLAs which would be contractually agreed. These
    would then be discussed over monthly or quarterly governance meetings to track progress.
