Role Overview:

The Agile Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to governance processes. The role involves hands-on project management, including the creation of key project documentation from initiation to completion. The individual will manage RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies) and maintain a strong focus on project priorities. This role requires expertise in trading within the utility industry (Electricity/Gas) and experience in agile project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Trading within the Energy industry (Electricity/Gas)
  • Project Management Expertise: 12-14 years of relevant experience in agile project delivery
  • Agile & Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners effectively
  • Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Quality & Compliance: Developing effective processes and ensuring quality management
  • Budget & Cost Management: Handling invoicing, billing, and tracking resource utilization
  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and influence key decisions
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks effectively
