Role Description:
- Lead various ITSM customer working and focus groups to solicit requirements.
- Engage in direct interaction with customers, as well as on- and off-shore development teams.
- Identify areas of process and tooling improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that the technical solutions comply with the client’s needs and process requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Document all reported issues found during the testing lifecycle.
- Understand the current “as-is” process and test changes based on upcoming process changes.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Testing Teams, and Process Teams.
- Identify process and tooling improvements and provide solutions to ensure the tool is protected in terms of process, security, and performance aspects.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience.
- ServiceNow Tester expertise in the ITSM module.
- BFS domain knowledge.
- Experience with other modules in ServiceNow.
