Senior ServiceNow Tester

Role Description:
  • Lead various ITSM customer working and focus groups to solicit requirements.
  • Engage in direct interaction with customers, as well as on- and off-shore development teams.
  • Identify areas of process and tooling improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that the technical solutions comply with the client’s needs and process requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Document all reported issues found during the testing lifecycle.
  • Understand the current “as-is” process and test changes based on upcoming process changes.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Testing Teams, and Process Teams.
  • Identify process and tooling improvements and provide solutions to ensure the tool is protected in terms of process, security, and performance aspects.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience.
  • ServiceNow Tester expertise in the ITSM module.
  • BFS domain knowledge.
  • Experience with other modules in ServiceNow.

  • Senior Team Member.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and collaboration skills.
