What You’ll Do

As an Onsite Sales Executive at Stack Studio Digital, you will:

  • Identify and acquire new clients: Build a pipeline of potential customers in AI, analytics, and digital transformation services through proactive networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop tailored solutions: Understand client pain points and present customized proposals that demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Conduct market research: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong relationships: Engage with key decision-makers at all levels (e.g., CXOs) to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with technical experts to align solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Techno-commercial expertise: A strong ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal closure, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivation: A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • While not mandatory, the following will give you an edge: Industry exposure in sectors like BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions or data-driven technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
