This is a fixed price, fixed duration service to help nail your reason for wanting to move to Cloud from on-premise infrastructure.

This is typically a 2-week intensive exercise, using workshops and 1-1 conversations underpinned by our Stack Cloud Readiness methodology. We deliver this with our UK-based Consultants working closely with you to review your current and proposed business/ technology objectives.

This service provides a comprehensive and robust assessment of your cloud journey till date, and provides an impartial assessment on whether you are on the right cloud transformation roadmap to meet your future business goals.

Use this service when you are already mostly on the Cloud with your compute and storage infrastructure, applications and data, but believe you are not achieving the ROI and value from moving to the Cloud.
What outcomes to expect:
Our focus will be on how to make the Cloud work for your business, not why it is not working for you now. Our work will therefore centre around the quarterly and annual KPIs your business needs to hit to achieve the financial, operational and risk related goals from digital transformation to be led by Cloud.
How will this outcome be delivered:
This is usually a 4-week interactive exercise, with physical and virtual workshops using our Stack Cloud Transformation frameworks. Our UK-based Consultants work closely with your CIO, CISO and COO teams (or equivalent) to re-orient your organization towards gaining the maximum benefits from Cloud-led digital transformation.

This service is to move your infrastructure, platforms, applications and data to a Cloud-based “as-a-service” model. Moving to a public, private or hybrid cloud service has been proven to provide a lot of business, technology and operational benefits, such as massive cost and growth advantages. Reduce your capital expenditure and become more agile without worrying about upgrading your hardware or software from time to time. Choice of public clouds includes AWS, Digital Ocean, Azure and GCP. Optimize all your cloud data with a single view with usage analytics for better decision making. Choose your storage and recovery locations with no compromise on security, choice of where to recover, sandbox seeding and data-masking, etc.

Cloud-based or otherwise, data backup is a core IT activity that just has to be done in the light of cybersecurity practices (eg., malware attacks wipe out your data), operational risks (someone deletes some files or records or objects in an application) and business reasons (your customer wants to see you follow prudent data backup strategies to qualify you, or not, into a bid). Use this service to reduce your data storage costs and risks with data storage policies or tier automations for data.
